A calm head when the heat is on and will always find the time to help guide customers with his expertise. Family, music and sport consumes his remaining time. A passionate Leeds supporter and when not at Elland Road will be singing along at the Glastonbury Festival.

Taylor Brothers and print is all he knows. Joined in the mid 90’s as a young boy rising through the ranks, assistant, printer, manager and now responsible for developing new business. A passionate dedicated and loyal company man you can depend on. Loves football (although his boots are finally hung up), enjoys a round of golf or two when he has time from his expanding family.

Sales Director
A Sales Director who understands the value of customer satisfaction. With a wealth of print and product knowledge built up for over 35 years. As fanatical about print and customers’ requirements as he is about his beloved Liverpool FC.
Ian Mountjoy
Sales & Marketing Director
A real people person, loves telling the story of print and the history of Taylor Brothers. A go to for unique and interesting projects. Never happier than when cycle racing or teaching people how to ski. Partial to a little partying now and again.
James Shield
Pre-Press & Digital Director
James has worked for Taylor Brothers for the past 29 years and has gained a vast knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the print industry. He is extremely motivated and passionate about producing the highest quality of work throughout the company. When James isn’t glued to his MAC, which is most of the time! You will find him stood in the middle of a field shooting clays at his local clay pigeon shooting clubs.
Wei Xue
Finance Director
Friendly and dedicated to her work looking after the financial, accounting and legal aspects of the business for over 16 years. Previous experiences includes working in the Petrochemical, Construction industries has provided a strong financial background. Bilingual with a love of travel, music and Chinese folk dancing.
Andy Jordan

Having worked in the print industry for over 40 years, Andy has gained a huge wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with most complex productions, when not talking print he can be found at gigs listening to the latest trends in music.
Ros Jackson
Print Administrator
Working in the engine room between sales and production, often referred to as the fairy in the background ensuring our clients only see the swan swimming on the surface. Tireless in getting the detail right, a great organiser in the chaotic world of print. Enjoys the odd sporting bet on her horse but ensures the odds are stacked in favour of achieving a happy customer.
