At Taylor Brothers our Lithographic and Digital printing presses form the backbone of our endless quest to produce high quality print, investment over the past few years has seen two new Heidelberg Versafire digital presses installed to facilitate the demand for short run short turn around productions. Output switching between coated & uncoated materials including colour adjustments, can be done in seconds, even at the last minute which means we can respond to customer needs at any time.
Lithographic Printing
Our formidable Speedmaster XL 75 is the result of Heidelberg’s development geared entirely towards our customers’ needs. The future oriented press delivers top efficiency, maximum productivity, and total ease of operation for the greatest possible success. The Speedmaster XL 75 is able to print the most demanding jobs without compromise from the first to the last sheet. Colour control is essential running to Fogra standards, using the very latest Prinect Inpress Control 2 which automatically measures and controls colour, register at any speed. The integrated measuring unit recognizing scale colours, Pantone colours, making any necessary corrections are forwarded directly to the Prinect Press Center for adjustment to achieves maximum productivity and colour control.
Digital Printing
With the ever increasing need to be able to produce short run work to very tight deadlines, Heidelberg was our natural choice and partner for our digital printing presses. The very latest Versafire press which was recently quoted as the 'pinnacle' of digital production can easily go from one copy to variable data, 60gsm to 450gsm across a huge range of materials and finishes to the highest quality.
